At Wiers, our Senior Mobile Diesel Technicians deliver expert diagnostics and repairs directly to fleet customers. You'll troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on-site, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of your day-all with the support of a fully equipped mobile service truck and a team that's behind you every step of the way.

What You'll DoYou'll be the go-to expert when fleets need service at their location.
- Diagnose and repair diesel systems on-site-from routine maintenance to complex issues
- Perform DOT inspections and preventive maintenance
- Keep fleets compliant, reliable, and on the road
- Represent Wiers with professionalism and consistency
What You Bring- 5+ years of diesel technician experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, not required)
- Ability to handle heavy components and work in field conditions
- Professional communication and customer-focused mindset
Preferred Experience- ASE certifications
- Manufacturer certifications (Cummins, Detroit, Navistar, etc.)
- Mobile or field service background
- DOT inspection experience
- Advanced diagnostic training
