Job Description:

Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior Mission Producer to help craft this new game for Blizzard. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for driving the execution, planning, and delivery of mission content while partnering closely with design, art, engineering, audio, QA, and production teams to create memorable experiences for players. You are comfortable operating in a dynamic environment, navigating fluid deadlines and changing priorities with purpose.

This role offers a hybrid work week, with a mix of work-from-home and on-site days, based out of our Irvine studio.

Responsibilities

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery efforts for mission development initiatives.


  • Partner with mission designers, artists, engineers, and other disciplines to define production objectives and execution strategies.


  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure mission content is delivered on quality and schedule expectations.


  • Identify development risks, communicate impacts, and facilitate mitigation plans.


  • Maintain visibility into milestones, dependencies, resource needs, and production health.


  • Coordinate reviews, playtests, feedback cycles, and follow-up actions across stakeholders.


  • Partner with discipline leads to prioritize work, manage scope, and support informed decision-making.


  • Establish and improve production workflows that increase team efficiency and predictability.


  • Facilitate clear communication between internal teams and external partners when applicable.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 8+ years of production, project management, or development experience within game development.


  • Experience shipping AAA or large-scale live game content through multiple phases of development.


  • Experience supporting mission, content, open-world, quest, narrative, or gameplay-focused teams.


  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and foster productive partnerships across all departments.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $82,240.00 - $152,160.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location.
