Job Description

SAIC is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior Mission Integrator to join our Intelligence Space Business Area. This individual will play a critical role in driving mission-level architecture and technical baseline solutions that contribute to delivering differentiating and disruptive capabilities to the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and broader Intelligence Community (IC) customers.

As a key thought leader and subject matter expert, the Senior Mission Integrator will support the Office of Space Launch (OSL) Launch Management Division Chief, helping to shape innovative, integrated solutions that ensure mission success while enabling SAIC to seize market opportunities. This position requires close collaboration with Government stakeholders, contractors, and SAIC corporate teams to tailor solutions, integrate vendor-agnostic capabilities, and meet customer, operator, and system integration.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Serve as the engineering and technical advisor to the OSL Launch Management Division Chief, driving performance to ensure mission success.
• Provide System Engineering expertise to identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and opportunities throughout the Mission Integration Process.
• Act as a solution architect, shaping technical recommendations and designing scalable, integrated technical solutions.
• Evaluate and refine mission-level architectures and technical baselines to enable future-focused, innovative solutions for the NRO and IC customers.
• Analyze existing and emerging space system architecture solutions, conducting gap analyses to recommend prioritized solution features to OSL leadership.
• Develop System of Systems (SoS) mission integration architecture products, processes, and policies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Actively participate in manifest meetings, mission integration management sessions, risk boards, and engineering review boards while supporting and interfacing with Government system engineering processes.
• Design and apply technical solutions within Enterprise Management Frameworks, ensuring alignment with OSL mission objectives and integrating cross-program solutions within the CLSIC contract mission integration team.
• Collaborate across the OSL enterprise to capture and apply lessons learned, industry best practices, and emerging operational capabilities to future missions and architectures.
• Propose, plan, and develop technical solutions leveraging data management, cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Digital Engineering, and new space system capabilities.
• Provide innovative thought leadership and act as a subject matter expert in engineering and architecture solutions for current and future mission capabilities

  • Experience working directly with government customers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective collaboration and leadership skills to drive enterprise-wide solutions across programs and teams.
