Make an impact as we look to strengthen our Digital Solutions practice as a Senior Microsoft Solution Architect. The successful candidate will help shape and deliver modern customer engagement solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and the broader Microsoft Cloud.This is a highly client-facing role for an experienced architect who can connect business objectives to scalable solution design. You will work across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales and discovery through Solution Blueprint, implementation, governance and go-live, while helping evolve our delivery standards, mentor team members and stay ahead of Microsoft's rapidly changing roadmap.
What You'll Do- Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- Design solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Customer Insights, Dataverse, Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
- Facilitate discovery and Solution Blueprint workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure and supportable solution designs.
- Define integrations, data, security, environment and ALM approaches.
- Guide delivery teams through design decisions, backlog refinement, validation and production readiness.
- Help clients identify meaningful uses for Copilot, first-party agents and custom agents.
- Support estimates, proposals, demos and strategic pursuits.
- Build trusted client relationships and communicate trade-offs, risks and recommendations clearly.
- Mentor consultants and architects and contribute to reusable standards, patterns and accelerators.
- Stay current with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and AI capabilities and bring that learning into client solutions.
What You'll Bring- 8-10+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Business Applications or enterprise CRM solutions, including significant Solution Architecture experience.
- Deep knowledge of multiple Dynamics 365 capabilities, ideally including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center and/or Customer Insights.
- Strong experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate and enterprise integrations.
- Experience leading complex implementations from discovery through go-live.
- Strong consulting skills and the ability to facilitate executive, business and technical conversations.
- Ability to challenge requirements constructively and guide clients toward practical, sustainable solutions.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, Azure DevOps, requirements, testing and release management.
- Experience mentoring and providing technical leadership to delivery teams.
- Interest or practical experience with Copilot, Copilot Studio, generative AI and agent-based solutions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications and a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field are considered assets.

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $115,000 to $165,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
