Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Merchant to lead our Men's Apparel and Shoes & Accessories (ShaCC) businesses. This role will have strategic accountability over these key divisions and will be responsible for the high-level growth and in-season management of the portfolios. This role will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define the strategic vision, build multi-category assortment architectures, and drive global business results. Our ideal candidate has extensive experience in Men's apparel and/or footwear and accessories merchandising, with a proven track record of managing complex divisions and driving multi-year growth strategies.

Your day-to-day:
  • Architect long-term divisional product strategies for Men's and ShaCC to maximize market share and profitability
  • Lead complex category and color assortments, global launch calendars, and strategic tiered pricing models
  • Leverage predictive analytics, Market place analytics and AI-driven insights to proactively identify growth pockets and optimize in-season inventory, moving beyond reactive recapping to aggressive, data-backed commercial decision-making.
  • Oversee Omni-channel assortment strategies, ensuring brand synergy across online and physical retail
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Design, Production, and Marketing to execute seamless 360-degree product stories
  • Manage existing processes, systems, and calendars and create new ones to drive efficiency
  • Cultivate an agile, 'test-and-learn' environment. Comfortable adjusting category strategies based on real-time performance indicators-particularly in high-growth segments-and pivot assortments quickly to capture emerging trends.

  • 4+ years of progressive merchandising experience, preferably across apparel and accessories
  • Deep knowledge of the Men's apparel, Women's footwear, and Women's accessories global marketplace
  • A proven track record of managing a category with an entrepreneurial 'owner's mindset'-you don't just manage categories; you relentlessly optimize them for profitable growth.
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management, P&L ownership, and strategic sourcing
  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with the ability to navigate complex cross-functional landscapes
  • Advanced proficiency in merchandising ERPs, data visualization tools, and retail math
