The MEP Manager supports project teams by planning and coordinating procurement, installation, startup, and commissioning of critical MEP systems. This role focuses on data center and advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring seamless execution of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scopes. Key responsibilities include managing the MEP model, reviewing submittals, resolving RFIs, tracking progress, organizing commissioning documentation, and collaborating with subcontractors and vendors to close punch list items.

Typical base compensation for the Project Manager role is between $84,000.00 and $160,000.00. Candidates with extensive experience may exceed this range. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation based on individual and company performance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE- Assist Project Management Team with Preconstruction MEP information management
- Support and schedule 3D Model coordinator for assigned projects
- Track MEP related MOPs and cutover activities for assigned projects
- Coordinate commissioning documentation with subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning agent
- Process Vendor startup and commissioning
- Assist with organizing MEP client training
- Train and provide guidance to MEP Team on MEP concepts and installation details
- This position will supervise all Mechanical and Electrical Trade contractors, and vendors involved in the project
- Coordinate all Mechanical and Electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre-construction through close-out
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS - BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field required
- 5-7+ years of estimating, procurement, and/or coordination experience specific to large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems
- Advanced knowledge of the installation of MEP systems, BIM Modeling, and commissioning of MEP systems in support of data center projects
- Familiarity with software such as Procore, CxAlloy, and BIM 360 preferred
