Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent
• 8+ years in mechanical design and product development
• 4+ years 3D CAD experience, preferably ProE/Creo
• Experience with PDM systems, Windchill preferred
• Knowledge of sheet metal design and welding techniques
• Understanding of manufacturing processes including injection molding and metal casting
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to launch

Responsibilities

• Design and develop self-service kiosk solutions
• Integrate electromechanical components into the kiosk designs
• Conduct structural, thermal, and dynamic design analyses
• Ensure design compliance with regulatory standards
• Produce detailed documentation for kiosk fabrication and assembly
• Create assembly procedures to streamline manufacturing
• Assist in root cause analysis of any field failures
• Collaborate with customers to define product requirements
• Mentor junior engineers within the team
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in engineering design and execution
• Work with vendors to ensure quality manufacturing of components
