Play an active role in the long-term leadership and succession planning of the business. The Successful Candidate Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Professional Engineering (PE) licence preferred or the ability to obtain one. Extensive experience within MEP consulting engineering. Strong background delivering mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality, or institutional projects. Proven experience leading projects, managing teams, and mentoring engineers. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships.
