The Senior Marketing Strategist will regularly develop and deliver recommendations to senior leaders, lead discussions in executive and cross-functional forums, and represent the organization at internal meetings, external events, and industry engagements. The individual must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions constructively, and providing a clear point of view that helps leaders make informed decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Strategic Leadership & Executive Engagement- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to marketing, sales, product, and business leadership, providing a clear, informed point of view on go-to-market priorities, audience strategy, positioning, growth opportunities, and market activation.
- Develop executive-ready strategies, recommendations, narratives, and decision materials that synthesize complex business information into clear choices and actionable paths forward.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, using influence, strategic judgment, and business acumen to drive alignment and advance enterprise priorities.
- Lead presentations, working sessions, and strategic discussions with senior leadership, confidently responding to questions, challenging assumptions, and adapting recommendations based on business needs.
- Represent the organization and marketing function in executive meetings, cross-functional decision forums, partner engagements, industry events, and other high-visibility settings.
- Anticipate emerging business needs, market opportunities, risks, and decision points, proactively recommending strategies rather than waiting for defined assignments.
- Navigate complex, ambiguous, and highly visible initiatives with independence, sound judgment, and appropriate executive communication.
- Establish strategic direction for priority initiatives and ensure execution remains connected to the broader business objective, intended audience, and measurable outcome.
B2B Marketing & Integrated Campaign Management- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to gotomarket priorities, growth objectives, and sales outcomes.
- Own campaign planning across channels, including digital marketing, content, events, webinars, video, and sales enablement assets.
- Develop and manage broker and consultantfocused marketing programs and experiences, including hosted meetings, industry events, councils, Market Preview, Market Outlook, webinars, videos, and thoughtleadership forums.
- Translate business strategy, market insights, and performance results into compelling campaign narratives and content for business decisionmakers, brokers, and consultants.
- Apply growth marketing principles to test, learn, and optimize campaign strategies based on performance data and audience engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategy, improve effectiveness, and inform future initiatives.
- Collaborate with creative, content, digital, and agency partners to ensure campaign execution aligns with strategy, messaging, and desired outcomes.
- Synthesize insights, performance data, and market perspectives into clear recommendations for leadership.
- Present campaign strategies, progress, and results to senior leaders to drive alignment, decisions, and next steps.
Broker & Consultant Channel Engagement- Lead marketing strategy and execution for broker and consultant channel engagement, including hosted meetings, industry events, councils, and strategic forums.
- Develop and support channelfocused programs and experiences such as webinars, video content, Market Preview, Market Outlook, council meetings, and other thoughtleadership and relationshipbuilding initiatives.
- Partner with sales and leadership to ensure broker and consultant engagement strategies are aligned to gotomarket priorities, growth objectives, and relationship development.
- Translate business strategy, market insights, and performance outcomes into clear, compelling content and experiences designed specifically for broker and consultant audiences.
Go-to-Market Strategy - Lead the creation of integrated marketing plans and campaigns to support product adoption, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to define target audiences, competitive positioning, and differentiated value propositions.
- Lead the creation of marketing plans and campaigns to support product adoption and customer engagement.

Product Marketing & Value Proposition Development- Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products across key b2b stakeholder groups

- Conduct market research to understand buyer needs, decision drivers, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Create sales enablement materials such as product brochures, pitch decks, case studies, and product narratives to support customer acquisition and retention.
Leadership and Mentorship- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and development support
- Act as a subject matter expert for a B2B marketing
- Serve as an escalation point for complex issues or high-impact decisions
- Represent the team in cross-department meetings and decision-making forums
- Advocate for organizational change and lead implementation efforts
QUALIFICATIONS:Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Experience: 8 years of experience in marketing strategy, B2B marketing, or growth marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:- MBA
- Experience in a complex, highly regulated, matrixed or business-to-business organization
- Experience with broker, consultant, intermediary or channel-based audiences
- Experience developing business strategies tied to growth outcomes, presenting to executive leadership teams, leading enterprise or cross-functional strategic initiatives
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)- B2B marketing and gotomarket strategy experience, including business decisionmaker, broker, and consultant audiences.
- Integrated campaign development and management across digital, content, events, webinars, video, and sales enablement.
- Value proposition development and marketing storytelling for complex offerings.
- Campaign performance management, reporting, and optimization.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with and managing external agencies and partners.
- Use of AI tools to support marketing strategy, content, analysis, and efficiency.

Salary Range: $80,352 - $159,588
