Senior Marketing Specialist The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity. Pay Range: $88,221.00 - $132,331.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Responsible for providing strategic expertise to maximize the effectiveness of the organization's website as a key marketing channel and ensure alignment with business objectives. Activities include supporting personalization and leading our content roadmap, off-site SEO, paid search, and analytics. In partnership with digital and product marketing teams, drives complex initiatives, influences stakeholders and fosters collaboration across cross-functional teams. Provides strategic insights to optimize the Member experience, improve channel performance, and deliver high-quality, data-driven outcomes that support continuous improvement and business growth. ulading expert in marketing, providing advanced insights and strategic recommendations to enhance comprehensive marketing initiatives and campaigns that align with business objectives. ulists junior marketing professionals, demonstrating best practices and a high level of expertise in the field. ul nages small to medium-sized marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ulsponsible for reporting on channel performance and making recommendations for improving marketing KPIs. ulimary point of contact for project-related issues, providing guidance and support to lower-level individual contributors and ensuring effective communication and problem resolution. ul ndles complex marketing challenges that require a deep understanding of multiple issues, job areas, or specialties. ul borate and influence stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and continuous improvement for all projects and programs.
