SmartEquip, a B2B SaaS technology for construction equipment owner business productivity and parts procurement, is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, to support the development and implementation of tactical plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution across the funnel.

What You'll Do

Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Senior Marketing Specialist will:
  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns including email, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising.
  • Support execution of global marketing and revenue team plans.
  • Research and synthesize market intelligence, industry trends, and competitive insights.
  • Track and analyze developments impacting prospective and existing clients.
  • Compile reports, track activities in CRM systems, and monitor ROI on marketing efforts.
  • Assist with directory submissions, case studies, testimonials, messaging, and media lists.
  • Support communication efforts including blog posts, sales collateral, newsletters, and social media content.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, sponsorships, and follow-up reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance team; create POs, send and track invoices.

  • Bachelor's degree or significant experience in a marketing role, including expertise in marketing email and automation platforms (like ActiveCampaign) and CRM systems (like Salesforce).
  • Exposure to enterprise-level marketing, including familiarity with B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing, is preferred.
