OverviewWe're looking for an organized and adaptable Senior Marketing Program Manager to support a variety of projects within our Value Discovery & Retention Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different types of initiatives, keeping things on track, and helping teams stay aligned. The role supports the extended team spanning Growth Marketing, Engagement Product Marketing, and Community.
Responsibilities - Support planning and execution of engagement product marketing projects
- Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and progress across multiple initiatives
- Manage project budgets, including tracking spend against plan and flagging variances early
- Create and maintain SOWs (statements of work), and track deliverables against them to ensure work stays on scope and on schedule
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners such as product, marketing, and engineering
- Communicate updates, timelines, and next steps clearly to stakeholders
- Help identify and solve issues that may slow down progress
- Help implement and improve team processes - not just follow existing ones, but proactively identify opportunities to drive efficiency across the team
- Jump into a range of projects, from ongoing work to one-off initiatives
Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing, operations, or related work
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex, multi-track projects
- Experience managing budgets and tracking work against SOWs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clarity
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep work moving forward in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to loosely defined projects
- Ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them through to completion with minimal oversight
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other partner teams
- Light technical fluency - comfortable using tools like Jira to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $120,700 -- $219,750 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $151,800 - $219,750
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
