DePuy Synthes Companies of Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Global Marketing Manager - Mitek Sports Medicine, with high preference to be located in Raynham, MA (hybrid work flexibility).

At Mitek Sports Medicine, we develop minimally invasive devices used in the treatment of joint injuries related to sports and physical activity. Our surgical product portfolio consists of soft tissue implants spanning shoulder, knee, hip, and small joints as well as a comprehensive arthroscopic capital equipment portfolio, including visualization, fluid, and tissue management.
Description:Primary responsibilities include being the main marketing point of contact for the US sales force for managing the sales execution of digital and capital solutions.
Additional responsibilities include the identification, integration, and commercialization of digital solutions combining both software and hardware in Arthroscopic procedures.
This includes driving commercial results, staying in-tune to technological trends, leading or initiating new product launches in the US, identifying customer insights, cultivating key customer relationships, and supporting the overall system strategy.
Responsibilities- Achieve US business plan objectives of sales, net income, and gross profitability
- Support the US sales force with targeting, lead generation, and commercial strategies
- Ensure overall system competitiveness by driving new innovation activities in collaboration with cross functions
- Supporting and integrating into a broader technology platform
- Knowing and reporting out market trends in surgical digital solutions
- Lead new product launches to ensure successful execution with target timelines
- Creation of marketing tools for all key partners (salesforce, surgeons, hospitals, patients, payers, etc.)
- Creation of product training programs (salesforce & customers)
- Product forecasting & inventory management
- Establish market needs through frequent customer interactions - travel with sales consultants, attend industry/society meetings, professional education courses, support corporate customer education visits
- Support regional conferences and customer engagements requiring travel
- Be responsive to requests from customers, sales consultants, etc.
- Managing direct reports

Qualifications- College BS/BA required. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years total of progressive business experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, Sales, R&D, or a combination of experience in these functions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sports Medicine or medical technology industry with capital focus.
- Position requires approximately 25% domestic travel including weekends.
- English speaking/ writing is required.
On October 14, 2025, Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
It is anticipated following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by Orthopaedics employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. Details of any planned changes would be provided to you by Orthopaedics at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$122,000.00 - $212,750.00

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave - 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off - 80 hours per calendar year
