Reporting to the AVP for Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship, this position is responsible for translating the overarching strategies and goals of KCE and CSI into tactical, high-impact content execution that directly drives engagement.

  • Take direct accountability for building the multi-faceted acquisition funnels and driving participant attendance/engagement numbers required to meet targets for student startups, a new degree program, an annual conference (Construct I/O) and supporting student and community-facing work.
  • Conduct annual and quarterly content planning, ensuring a strong pipeline of stories and promotional campaigns highlighting programs, student success, and entrepreneurial impact.
  • Translate participants' innovation projects, tech concepts, and entrepreneurship initiatives into engaging, accessible content that serve as examples to inspire action and registration and serve as a support to the centers' strategies.

Audience Mobilization & Program Visibility
  • Lead multi-channel content distribution across the centers' digital platforms, optimizing email channels, websites, and social media to move students from awareness to active event/program participants. This also includes preparing tailored presentations for a variety of audiences (e.g. funding stakeholders, student classes, program sponsors university leadership, etc.)
  • Manage audience segmentation and database amplification strategies to precisely target potential students and community members for specific initiatives.
  • Strengthen content reach and cross-promotional opportunities through strategic cross-campus communications partnerships.

Analytics & Project Management
  • Coordinate closely with Ohio State's Office of Marketing & Communications and Office of Academic Affairs Marketing & Communication to ensure alignment while maintaining distinct operational ownership over the centers' program turnout.
  • Define, monitor, and report back to KCE and CSI leadership on key performance metrics, specifically tracking conversion rates, event attendance, and program enrollment targets.
