Full Job Description
We are actively seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics with a strong desire to play a key role in building the omnichannel marketing
performance measurement/marketing insights practice at the leading sports betting company in the country. As a trusted partner to brand, retail and performance marketing teams, you'll work closely with the VP, Measurement & Insights and agency partners to drive a learning
agenda that supports William Hill's aggressive U.S. growth plans. Leveraging your consumer insights expertise, excellent
analytical skills, and project management experience, you will deliver high-quality insights addressing a diverse range of business questions.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Partners with the BI team to deliver day-to-day report development and distribution for all marketing performance initiatives
  • Supports the evolution of the marketing performance measurement program through working with media agency, attribution, and campaign measurement partners
  • Translates insights from advanced data analysis (regression, key drivers, segmentation, LTV modeling) into strategic implications for marketing
  • Develops an understanding of holistic customer experience and behavior to incorporate into marketing optimization insights
  • Formulates and manages customer insights tests/projects (audience, brand, copy and creative) with internal clients; develops project management plans
  • Supports the marketing forecasting and goal-setting process with channel and campaign performance insights
  • A thoughtful approach to building on / improving current process and systems for effective marketing insights delivery
  • Interfaces with marketing tech leads to ensure proper tag management, attribution partner enablement, data feeds in place to support the insights/learning agenda
What You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in related field (social sciences, economics, applied mathematics)
  • 5-7 years of consumer insights/marketing analytics experience; account planning experience and experience interfacing with seasoned brand and acquisition marketers is highly desirable
  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of marketing measurement techniques - including experience with multi-touch attribution, marketing mix model stewardship, segmentation research and lifetime value model development
  • You are innately curious and get excited about understanding (and socializing) the 'why' behind the marketplace/consumer dynamics you observe
  • Strong communication skills to deliver meaningful insights for influencing business decisions
  • Keen interest and knowledge of sports marketing and hospitality categories - preferable experience working on direct-to-consumer brands
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong drive to do whatever it takes to make a big impact
  • You thrive in a small, agile team environment but also can perform independently at a high level
