What You'll Be Doing:
  • Developing and executing production build plan forecasts with Contract Manufacturing (CM) partners
  • Managing CM readiness and ensuring alignment with production forecasts and shipping volumes
  • Facilitating communication and coordination of hardware movement from CM to third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Managing Clear to Build (CTB) production readiness reports per monthly S&OP forecast releases
  • Supporting management of consigned Synopsys material at CM factories
  • Monitoring and planning production capacity to meet build forecasts
  • Establishing and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure CM performance
  • Overseeing day-to-day manufacturing challenges and ensuring operational effectiveness
  • Collaborating closely with NPI Program Management for new product deployments and EOL ramp-downs
  • Partnering with Operations Engineering to manage CARs, SCARs, and Quality Alerts at the CM
  • Managing inventory movement, including RMAs and repair cycles
