Job Description

As a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Engineer here at Honeywell, you will serve as a collaborative multi-disciplinary expert. Within this high visibility role, you will have the opportunity to work with 20 Manufacturing sites across the globe while transforming their business processes: particularly within Quality and Maintenance Excellence.

This transformation will occur over a few different phases. First, working with the Process Technology plants to understand, map and standardize their data sources. Then working hand in hand with process experts to develop SAP S/4 processes that support and optimize their daily work. Following this, the project will move into global deployment of these optimized processes.

You will report directly to our VP PT ISC Technical, Steven Seehusen, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC / Rosemont, IL / Houston, TX/ Mobile, AL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations by ensuring data excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data standards and best practices.
  • Oversee the conversion process from current state into future state transformed processes while ensuring seamless integration into the S/4 system.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures or supply chain disruptions.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on data management practices and tools.
  • Ensure risks are mitigated through collaboration with Process Technologies ISC Executive team
  • Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on data-related initiatives and standards.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in project or program management, with a focus on data governance and supply chain processes.
  • Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

WE VALUE
  • Experience with S/4 HANA or similar ERP systems.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.

The salary range for this position is ($111,000 - $126,000). Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
