Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Position Responsibilities Include:- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibility studies and production/tooling philosophies
- Refine, validate, coordinate and implement conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build
- Develop manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization
- Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements
- Resolve complex technical problems
- Serve as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained
- Lead advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities
- Deploy company Lean Enterprise analysis methods
- Document and communicate producibility best practices
- Provide guidance to others through structured mentoring
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in GOLD ESP (Government On Line Database Enterprise Service Planning)
- 5+ years of experience managing a Bill of Material (BOM)

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $159,850
