What You'll Do- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from prototype through full-scale production.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for electronic gaming devices, including PCB assemblies and complete system integration.
- Partner with Engineering to build solutions that meet DFM, DFA, DFT, and DFQ requirements.
- Develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test processes.
- Support automated and manual test solutions, including functional and in-circuit testing.
- Conduct root cause analysis on manufacturing and quality issues by applying structured problem-solving approaches.
- Lead corrective and preventive actions to improve product reliability and manufacturing yield.
- Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify and implement process improvements.
- Conduct process validations, capability studies, and risk assessments.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve component quality.
- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and ensure timely implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in high-volume electronics manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes, SMT manufacturing, and production testing.
- Experience leading NPI projects from development through production launch.
- Proven experience in DFM, DFA, DFT, and process validation techniques.
- Experience with root cause analysis techniques like 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PLM software (Teamcenter, Enovia).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Pay Range$77,000 - $143,000 per year
