Full Job Description

Job Summary & Responsibilities

This position provides focused ownership of key manufacturing finance and inventory analytics processes, including:

  • OCOGS variance tracking (absorption, scrap, labor, overhead, material usage)
  • Inventory balance reconciliation and controls across internal and contract manufacturing sites
  • Inventory metrics such as turns and excess & obsolete (E&O) reserves
  • Forecasting and planning for manufacturing costs and working capital
  • Support for close processes, audits, and financial reporting

The role also partners cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Cost Accounting, and Logistics to identify root causes of cost and inventory variances while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting
•     5 – 7 years’ relevant experience
•     Sense of ownership, urgency, intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn
•     Independent and critical thinker, analytical, eye for detail
•     Excellent problem-solving skills
•     Strong verbal and written communication skills
•     Ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
•     Advanced PC skills required with expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
•    Oracle EPM experience (A Plus)
•    Experience with large ERP systems like Oracle and SAP (A plus)

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range:

$104,000.00 - $156,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.

  • Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
