Full Job Description
Pay Range: $115,900.00 - $190,450.00 We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Transformation Delivery to lead large-scale enterprise ERP transformation initiatives across a complex global manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of ERP programs, building and leading high-performing teams, and partnering cross-functionally with business and technology leaders to modernize enterprise systems and processes. The ideal candidate brings deep experience delivering multi-year ERP transformations within complex organizations, preferably involving Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This leader must be equally comfortable operating at the executive level while also driving execution across programs, teams, vendors, timelines, and risks. This is a highly visible leadership role that will help shape the future-state ERP and manufacturing systems landscape across a growing global enterprise. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Transformation Leadership • Lead end-to-end ERP transformation programs from strategy, planning, and design through deployment, stabilization, and optimization. • Drive execution of large-scale ERP initiatives across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, warehouse, procurement, and commercial business functions. • Partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to align transformation roadmaps with enterprise priorities. • Establish scalable delivery frameworks, governance models, risk management processes, and implementation standards. • Ensure successful program execution across scope, budget, timeline, quality, and organizational change management objectives. Program & Delivery Management • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, implementation partners, system integrators, and internal teams. • Lead integrated program planning including resource management, dependencies, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting. • Drive issue resolution and decision-making across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. • Establish measurable KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure accountability and transparency throughout the transformation lifecycle. • Support enterprise standardization efforts and scalable global deployment strategies. Team Leadership & Organizational Development • Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing transformation and delivery teams. • Directly manage teams of business analysts, solution architects, project/program managers, and delivery resources. • Demonstrated experience managing 6+ direct and/or indirect team members within complex delivery organizations. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Support organizational capability building for long-term transformation success. Business Partnership & Change Leadership • Act as a trusted advisor to business and operational leaders during large-scale process and technology change. • Drive alignment between business process transformation and system capabilities. • Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities. • Influence decision-making across both technical and non-technical audiences. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. • 10+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise ERP transformation programs. • Extensive experience delivering end-to-end ERP implementations and transformations in complex enterprise environments. • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) strongly preferred. • Proven leadership experience managing teams of 6 or more team members. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional global programs involving multiple business units and stakeholders. • Strong understanding of ERP delivery methodologies, governance, organizational change management, and enterprise architecture concepts. • Experience managing implementation partners, system integrators, budgets, and executive-level reporting. • Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience within manufacturing, life sciences, industrial, or highly regulated environments. • Experience with ERP modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise process standardization initiatives. • Familiarity with MES, supply chain, warehouse management, or manufacturing operations. • Experience supporting global ERP consolidation or post-acquisition integration initiatives. • PMP, Prosci, Agile, or related certifications preferred.
