Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Manager, Third Party Production to join its Supply Chain organization supporting the Quick Strike and Print-on-Demand (POD) businesses. This leadership role is responsible for driving the global third-party production strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional alignment required to deliver 200-300 new products annually across a rapidly growing international business.

The Topps Quick Strike portfolio encompasses collectible trading card products that capture the biggest moments across sports and entertainment through a unique, speed-to-market product development model. The portfolio includes made-to-order, print-on-demand trading cards released as moments happen-most notably Topps NOW®-as well as a range of trading card box products spanning from entry-level offerings to ultra-premium releases, including the 2024 Topps Ohtani 50/50 Collection and the 2025 MLB MVP Collection.

The Senior Manager will serve as the primary Supply Chain partner across Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and regional Supply Chain teams while leading strategic relationships with third-party manufacturing partners throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. This individual will influence Director, Vice President, and executive-level stakeholders to align priorities, resolve complex operational challenges, and ensure successful execution of Fanatics Collectibles' global product roadmap.

Core Responsibility - Own the end-to-end global third-party production function by driving strategic alignment across executive stakeholders, regional operations, and manufacturing partners to deliver scalable, high-quality, and on-time product execution.

Global Strategy & Business Leadership
  • Own the global third-party production strategy supporting Quick Strike and Print-on-Demand (POD) businesses, ensuring operational readiness and scalable execution across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Develop long-term production, inventory, and vendor strategies that support business growth, regional expansion, and evolving customer demand.
  • Drive global alignment across regional Supply Chain teams to establish standardized processes, governance, KPIs, and operational best practices. Executive Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary Supply Chain partner for senior leaders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Operations to ensure successful execution of global product launches.
  • Influence Director, Vice President, and executive stakeholders by presenting business recommendations, operational insights, risks, and strategic improvement opportunities.
  • Lead executive-level cross-functional forums to drive alignment, resolve competing priorities, and facilitate enterprise decision-making.

Global Vendor Leadership
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers worldwide, establishing long-term partnerships that improve quality, speed, cost, and operational performance.
  • Travel to vendor facilities to audit fulfillment operations, verify inventory handling practices, production processes, operational capabilities, and validate delivery readiness.

Digital Transformation
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations leadership to define business requirements, prioritize system enhancements, and drive digital transformation initiatives that improve production visibility, workflow automation, and operational scalability.
  • Champion technology adoption and process standardization across the global third-party production network.

Operational Ownership
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, ensuring optimal inventory levels to support production demand amongst a global network.
  • Forecast acquisition needs based on usage trends and production schedules.
  • Partner with third-party manufacturers' leadership to optimize production plans, remove bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Be a key stakeholder in scaling the Quick Strike business globally by working with regional internal teams and third-party vendors in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, production operations, or global vendor management, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex global supply chain initiatives across multiple regions and cross-functional organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, including Directors, Vice Presidents, and executive stakeholders, without direct authority.
  • Experience partnering across Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial, Procurement.
  • Planning, Logistics, and Operations organizations.
  • Strong understanding of global manufacturing, supplier relationship management, inventory strategy, procurement, production planning, and demand forecasting.
  • Experience developing global operating models, governance frameworks, KPIs, and standardized business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, business systems enhancements, and process optimization efforts.
  • Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with experience preparing strategic recommendations and executive-level business reviews.
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable business decisions.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 60%) to support executive supplier relationships, operational reviews, and strategic business initiatives.
