Senior Technical Recruiting LeaderJob DescriptionButterfly is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter. This Recruiter will have a tremendous impact on the future of Butterfly, as well as the opportunity to work with the brightest minds inside and outside of the company. From managing the day-to-day sourcing and phone screening of new candidates, to collaborating closely with members of the Recruiting and HR teams, this role will be key to driving expansion and growth of Butterfly Network. This role reports into our Director of Recruiting and will partner with a range of functions across the business to deliver a best in class candidate experience alongside organizational results.
As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be:
- Full-cycle recruitment (researching, scheduling, screening, closing) for multiple evergreen roles on our technical teams
- Outline and execute on a creative approach to full lifecycle long-term candidate engagement
- Embed in business teams, building meaningful and trusted relationships with key stakeholders to understand hiring needs
- Brainstorm with Recruitment leadership to craft sourcing strategies which engage a diverse talent pool
- Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process with an eye to iteration and improvement
- Help drive long-term productive recruiting partnerships with different business units
QualificationsBaseline skills/experiences/attributes:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience recruiting and sourcing engineers in hyper growth tech companies focused on evergreen Engineering roles
- Proven track record building continuous pipelines of candidate for Hardware and Software Engineers
- Inquisitive thinker who thrives by staying on top of latest tech news for opportunities to attract top talent
- High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates
- Relentless approach to passive sourcing when attracting target candidates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
- Considerable skill in screening, interviewing techniques, and negotiation
- Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse is a plus)

LocationButterfly offers a hybrid work model for most positions, with team members spending two or more days a week in the office. This is a hybrid position and will be based out of our office in New York City, NY.

Compensation Our estimated salary for this role is around $180,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
