Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience working in domestic and international environments.
  • 13 years of experience in a customer or client-facing role supporting supply chain operations.
  • 10 years of experience managing operations and leading cross-regional teams.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain operations, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in warehouse or data center operations management, including: 3PL supplier management, warehouse/fulfillment management, warehouse automation and Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS) systems.
  • 5 years of experience managing and developing managers.
  • Experience managing remote teams, suppliers or projects and trade and compliance.
  • Experience optimizing end-to-end order management and critical services levels.
