  • Build financial models and conduct quantitative analysis to diagnose business issues, size market opportunities, and assess the costs, benefits, and trade-offs of strategic options.
  • Synthesize complex, often conflicting information into crisp narratives and compelling recommendations tailored for executive and Board-level audiences.
  • Drive projects through to implementation, maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Strategic Planning, Performance Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Support the annual strategic planning process at the business unit and portfolio level.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, market sizing, and industry research; translate findings into clear implications and recommendations for the business.
  • Monitor trends across the luxury travel landscape and surface insights that sharpen Kensington's strategic positioning.
  • Support the preparation of materials for leadership offsites, Board presentations, and strategic reviews.
  • Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and reporting frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Experience working directly with and presenting to leadership; comfortable in the room and credible in the conversation.

Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive storytelling in PowerPoint; ability to translate complex analysis into a compelling, decision-ready narrative.

  • A high-visibility, high-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and enterprise-level decision-making across a global travel platform.
  • A collaborative, intellectually curious team that values substance, rigour, and low-ego problem-solving.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
