Full Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager in Strategic Partnerships to define and lead the strategy, programs, and execution that drive developer adoption across Arm's key strategic partners, including Microsoft, OEMs, ISVs, and cloud platforms. This leadership role focuses on scaling the Windows on Arm ecosystem by making it easier for developers to build, port, and optimize applications for Arm.

You will play a critical role in one of Arm's most strategic growth areas, driving initiatives that expand developer engagement, improve platform readiness, and accelerate application availability. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, ecosystem, and partner teams, and will help build the future of platforms and experiences composed for developers on Arm.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Strategy & Vision
  • Define the end-to-end strategy to grow developer adoption across Windows on Arm and adjacent ecosystems
  • Identify high-impact workloads, developers, and ISVs to prioritize for adoption and optimization on Arm
  • Develop long-term ecosystem plans that align partner roadmaps with Arm's platform and business strategy
  • Drive differentiation through developer experience, tooling, and platform value propositions


Partner Execution & Programs:

  • Lead joint initiatives with strategic partners such as Microsoft, OEMs, and ISVs to accelerate developer engagement
  • Build and scale developer programs, including porting initiatives, accelerator programs, and education and community engagement models
  • Drive lighthouse applications and reference use cases that showcase platform capability and readiness
  • Partner with marketing and events teams to highlight ecosystem progress at key industry moments such as Microsoft Build, Ignite, and GitHub Universe


Developer Experience & Enablement:

  • Reduce friction for developers building on Arm by improving tooling, SDKs, and workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver best-in-class developer experiences across compilers, runtimes, and development environments
  • Drive adoption of developer platforms such as GitHub, Visual Studio, and cloud-based development environments
  • Enable scalable learning paths, documentation, and technical resources for developers


Ecosystem Growth & Insights:

  • Analyze developer and ecosystem trends to inform product and partner strategy
  • Track ecosystem health, including application availability, performance, and developer engagement
  • Deliver actionable insights and feedback to influence platform and roadmap decisions
  • Drive benchmarking and showcase initiatives to demonstrate platform maturity


Interpersonal Leadership:

  • Collaborate with a high-performing team focused on developer ecosystem growth
  • Partner across Arm business units, including product, engineering, and go-to-market teams
  • Influence high-level business leaders and align cross-functional priorities
  • Act as a link between technical teams, partners, and business leadership


Required SkillsAnd Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in developer ecosystems, partnerships, product management, or related roles
  • Experience working with developers, ISVs, and technical platforms at scale
  • Proven track record of driving cross-company initiatives with strategic partners
  • Strong understanding of developer workflows, tools, and software platforms
  • Experience with software ecosystems spanning client, cloud, or edge environments
  • Strategic problem solver with the ability to operate in ambiguity
  • Experience building and scaling ecosystem or go-to-market programs


'Nice to Have' Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with Windows ecosystem and/or Windows on Arm
  • Familiarity with developer platforms such as GitHub, Visual Studio, and cloud development environments
  • Background in developer relations, software engineering, or technical product management
  • Experience with AI/ML workloads and application optimization
  • Knowledge of heterogeneous compute platforms (CPU, GPU, NPU)
  • Experience building developer communities or open-source ecosystems
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
