Responsibilities

Rhythm of Business
  • Shape and evolve the Core organization's executive operating model, keeping leadership focus aligned to the highest-impact business priorities.
  • Drive governance that translates strategic objectives into measurable execution and clear accountability across the organization.• Partner with senior leaders to surface emerging opportunities, business risks, and cross-organizational dependencies early through the operating cadence.
  • Establish scalable frameworks that strengthen transparency, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment across business priorities.
  • Convert executive discussions into outcomes by driving clarity on ownership, commitments, and organizational follow-through.

Commercial Business Overview (CBO)
  • Lead the operations and execution of the Commercial Business Overview (CBO), directing executive attention to the issues with the greatest impact on business performance and growth.
  • Synthesize insight from across the organization into trends, opportunities, barriers, and the strategic actions that need senior leadership engagement.
  • Partner with business leaders to frame complex challenges into clear decisions, recommendations, and executive-ready discussions.
  • Connect business priorities, performance outcomes, and leadership actions across Core, CSA, and field organizations.
  • Enable confident leadership decisions through compelling business narratives, data-driven insight, and a clear articulation of business impact.

Cross-Organization & Regional Leadership Alignment
  • Serve as a strategic interface between Core Strategy & Operations and regional SE&O leadership, keeping priorities, initiatives, and business objectives aligned globally.
  • Build mechanisms for continuous feedback between corporate and regional stakeholders to improve execution quality and responsiveness.
  • Drive consistency across strategy, planning, and execution teams in priorities, messaging, and delivery against objectives.
  • Foster collaboration that accelerates adoption of key initiatives and strengthens organizational effectiveness.

Operating Model & Continuous Improvement
  • Identify where cadence, tooling, or process can be simplified or automated to reduce overhead and raise the quality of decisions.
  • Set and share the standards, tools, and mechanisms that make the organization's business rhythms repeatable and scalable.
  • Role-model early adoption of new capabilities, including AI, to raise the bar on how strategic operations are run.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR equivalent experience.


Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.
  • 7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, business management, or program management roles in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and running executive rhythms of business (e.g., monthly and quarterly business reviews and operating cadences) for senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate and influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
  • Strong track record managing work-back schedules, action tracking, and follow-through across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Excellent executive communication, with the ability to prepare SLT-ready agendas, materials, and narratives.
  • Ability to synthesize performance data, insights, blockers, and asks into clear, decision-ready recommendations.
  • Experience partnering across sales, finance, marketing, and field or regional teams.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving strategic contexts.

Business Strategy IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
