Position Summary...
The Senior Manager, Site Merchandising leads the development and execution of visual merchandising strategies to enhance site performance and customer engagement. This role involves leveraging data analytics, market research, and category insights to drive product innovation and optimize site structure. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives with business objectives, ensuring seamless campaign launches and continuous improvement. The manager also provides strategic guidance, influences stakeholders, and delivers actionable insights to support decision-making and advance site capabilities within a dynamic retail environment.

The Site Merchandising team designs and optimizes site layouts for campaigns and events to enhance customer engagement and increase traffic. Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional partners, the team applies customer analytics and market research to refine site content and category strategies. They manage site structure, promotional launches, and performance measurement using advanced tools. Focused on clear communication and strategic insights, the team delivers data-driven recommendations and innovative merchandising solutions that improve the online shopping experience and support the company's business objectives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
