The Legal Compliance team partners across the global organization to enable responsible growth by managing legal and regulatory risk across product integrity, sustainability, trade compliance, and supply chain operations. The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations while supporting business innovation and operational excellence.

core responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Senior Counsel (Compliance) provides expert legal guidance across a wide range of compliance and regulatory matters, operating with a high degree of independence while supporting and shaping the enterprise compliance program.

Provide strategic legal advice on product compliance, trade compliance, sustainability, sanctions, and responsible supply chain risks

Partner with Product Integrity, Sustainability, Trade, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal and enterprise risk

Support and advance the global Compliance Program, including policy management, training, and third-party risk initiatives

Monitor and report on emerging legislation, regulatory developments, and litigation impacting the business

Educate cross-functional partners on evolving compliance requirements and risk mitigation strategies

Manage outside counsel and external advisors on complex compliance and trade-related matters

Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership on key legal and compliance risks

Coach and guide team members, delegating work and ensuring accountability for outcomes

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$ 177,500 - $233,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
