We're looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - North Americato join our team in New York and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.
The Role

As Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - North America, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence across the region. Building on a strong Revenue Operations foundation, you will partner with Sales, Finance, BI, and Global RevOps to optimize commercial processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and increase operational efficiency.

This is more than a reporting role. We're looking for someone who can combine operational excellence with the ability to drive change, helping the business evolve from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes to a scalable, automated, and data-driven operating model.

Your Challenge

As Senior Manager, Revenue Operations - North America, you will:
  • Own forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM discipline, and operating cadence across North America, ensuring accurate data and consistent commercial execution.
  • Optimize Salesforce as the commercial team's primary operating tool, improving CRM governance, reporting, data quality, and user adoption.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, BI, and Global Revenue Operations to improve forecasting, planning, and commercial decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, simplify operational processes, and build scalable ways of working through automation, AI, and Business Intelligence.
  • Deliver actionable reporting and business insights that improve seller productivity and support business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational consistency, improve workflows, and enable long-term scalability.
  • Act as a trusted business partner, bringing recommendations-not just analysis-to support strategic and operational decisions.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience with forecasting, pipeline governance, CRM management, and sales process optimization.
  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge and experience managing CRM data quality and reporting.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable Revenue Operations solutions that reduce manual work and improve business performance.
  • Strong understanding of Business Intelligence, automation, AI, and scalable systems architecture beyond spreadsheet-driven processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 USD annually
  • Target Bonus: $27,000 - $30,000 USD annually
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $162,000 - $180,000 USD annually

Compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and business needs.
