Position Summary...We are seeking a dynamic and experienced associate to join our team as a Senior Manager, Real Estate Store Assessment. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing real estate projects, particularly in store assessment and development. We are searching for individuals with backgrounds in construction, operations, realty execution, layout and design, civil engineering, and architecture. This role requires excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
This role will be field-based and require frequent travel to project sites (up to 85%).
What you'll do...- Project Management: Oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Store Assessment: Conducts detailed site evaluations and assessments for remodel projects and special projects. Prepares comprehensive assessment reports with recommendations.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborates with internal teams, including Facilities, Design Managers, Construction, and Operations, as well as external partners such as architects, contractors, and local government authorities.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Reporting: Prepares and presents detailed project reports to senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
