Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Public Relations develops and executes public relations programs that increase Epiq visibility, strengthen market reputation, and reinforce the company position in legal services, legal technology, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, and AI. This role works with executive leadership, subject matter experts, marketing, product, and business leaders to advance earned media, thought leadership, and industry influence programs across key markets.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations and thought leadership programs that increase the visibility and credibility of Epiq executives and subject matter experts
• Identify opportunities to share Epiq perspective across legal services, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, legal operations, AI, data privacy, and digital transformation
• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to develop clear insights, points of view, and market commentary that add value to industry conversations
• Secure speaking opportunities, media interviews, podcast appearances, contributed articles, webinars, and other visibility opportunities for Epiq leaders and specialists
• Develop bylined articles, opinion pieces, keynote messaging, panel talking points, blog content, and executive communications materials
• Maintain an annual thought leadership calendar aligned to strategic business priorities, industry trends, and key market events
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, emerging trends, and market opportunities relevant to Epiq and its clients
• Advise stakeholders on issues management and reputational considerations
• Support communications for acquisitions, strategic partnerships, leadership announcements, major client successes, research initiatives, and corporate milestones
• Strengthen the company position across legal services, technology, and business transformation

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• Experience: Eight or more years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or thought leadership programs.

• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the legal industry, legal technology, legal services, eDiscovery, cybersecurity, compliance, risk, information governance, or adjacent professional services sectors. Familiarity with legal, business, technology, and trade publications is preferred.
• Certifications: Strategic Communication Management Professional certification preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

The Compensation range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
