What We're Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Manager, Provider Services to join our team! The Senior Manager, Provider Services oversees multiple teams, leading provider support operations, team performance, and service delivery functions. The role develops and drives provider relations strategies, analyzes operational performance, and implements improvement initiatives to support provider satisfaction, compliance, and consistent, high-quality service delivery.

On a typical day, you might:

  • Manage provider service operations across multiple teams to ensure consistent service delivery and performance outcomes.
  • Lead and develop managers and supervisors to drive team effectiveness and accountability.
  • Monitor unit-level performance metrics, quality results, and service trends.
  • Identify operational risks and implement strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain provider service policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with providers and internal stakeholders to address operational issues.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate's degree and four (4) years of experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
  • Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in provider services, healthcare administration, managed care, customer service, or with a call center, including experience with mental health, substance use, and/or intellectual/developmental disability populations or field; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.


Preferred:

  • Experience supervision of two (2) or more employees.
