You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution-overseeing intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery across marketing, events, and creative workstreams. What you'll do...

  • Own intake and prioritization of work, making tradeoff decisions based on business impact, timelines, and team capacity
  • Manage creative and program resources to ensure balanced workloads and optimal team utilization
  • Establish and evolve project management standards, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Events, and external partners to ensure alignment and shared accountability
  • Oversee creative workflows, ensuring clear briefs, structured review cycles, and smooth execution from concept to delivery
  • Identify risks early, resolve blockers, and adapt plans to keep work on track in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead and develop a team of program and project managers, driving performance, coaching, and team effectiveness
  • Provide visibility into project status, risks, and team capacity to support informed decision-making

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management within a marketing, creative, or related environment
  • Experience leading teams and managing complex, high-volume portfolios of cross-functional work
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and campaign execution across multiple channels
  • Proven ability to prioritize work, make tradeoff decisions, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience building or improving processes, workflows, and project management systems
  • Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Jira, Airtable, Workfront, or Smartsheet
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (PMP or Agile certification a plus; eCommerce or retail experience preferred)
