Job DescriptionAs retail is ever-changing and inbound supply chains become more complex, Nordstrom is evolving how we plan, automate, and govern the movement of purchase orders and shipments across our distribution network. Sitting within the Inventory organization, the Inbound Integrations team governs how purchase orders, shipments, and vendor settlement systems connect to effectively move merchandise from order placement through financial reconciliation and payment of goods.
Come join our Inbound Integrations team, focused on modernizing how Nordstrom manages purchase orders and shipments before they ever reach a distribution center. You'll be part of a focused, high-impact team with deep experience in supply chain, PO and EDI standards, and vendor operations. We leverage automation and root-cause exception prevention to reduce manual touchpoints by building network wide capabilities. Operating with a growth mindset and a bias for action, this team drives faster vendor resolution, cleaner data, and a more scalable inbound operation.
As a Senior Manager, Program Management on the Inbound Integrations team, you will own the pre-receiving capability portfolio including PO edit automation, upstream exception prevention, and EDI modernization. You'll lead the development of strategy and influence the implementation of inbound capabilities with cross-functional partners that enable automated handling at scale, with attention on reducing inbound defects and efficiently handling exceptions. You will manage a team of 3 technical and non-technical program managers across PO edit automation, shipment defect resolution, and EDI governance.
**This role is Hybrid and will require you to be in office in downtown Seattle, Washington 4 days per week.
Own strategy, sequencing, and delivery across the pre-receiving portfolio in partnership with key stakeholders covering: PO Edit Automation and governance, shipment defect alerting and resolution, and EDI modernization.

Partner with Merchandising, Tech, and vendor-facing teams to resolve root-cause data quality and standards issues, including PO governance handoffs and EDI adoption.
You own this if you have ...
Experience managing complex, multi-workstream portfolios with dependencies across Product, Engineering, and Operations
Strong vendor or partner-facing experience, ideally involving EDI, ASN, or purchase order data standards
