ResponsibilitiesThe Sr Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for leading external product messaging and promotional strategy for SELUTION in the Americas. This role translates product positioning, market priorities, and customer insights into clear, compelling external communications that strengthen physician engagement and support commercialization objectives.
The Sr Manager serves as the external messaging lead for SELUTION, partnering closely with Marketing Communications, Physician Engagement, Market Development, Business Development, Regulatory, Legal, Clinical, Scientific Communications, and Global Marketing to ensure customer-facing messaging and programs are aligned, compliant, market-relevant, and execution-ready.
Responsibilities:- Own SELUTION external product messaging and promotional strategy for the Americas, ensuring customer-facing communications are clear, differentiated, compliant, and aligned with approved positioning.
- Translate product strategy, market priorities, and physician insights into integrated external messaging frameworks, campaigns, and promotional content.
- Lead development of physician-facing promotional materials and customer engagement content in partnership with Marketing Communications and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead physician engagement and insight generation for external marketing, including advisory input, message testing, customer feedback, and identification of evolving communication needs.
- Own congress and conference marketing strategy and execution for SELUTION, including event messaging, promotional presence, customer engagement plans, and coordination of related marketing activities.
- Serve as the Voice of Marketing for business development initiatives, providing customer, market, and messaging perspectives as needed.
- Coordinate with the internal communications and clinical marketing leads to maintain a consistent SELUTION narrative and ensure external programs incorporate approved field and clinical inputs.
- Monitor physician feedback, external message performance, competitor communications, and market dynamics to identify opportunities to strengthen SELUTION differentiation and customer engagement.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, commercialization, sales, engineering, or related field.
- Combined years of experience and education considered.
Preferred QualificationsQualifications/Preferred Skills:- Experience developing portfolio strategies, commercialization plans, or product roadmaps that drive business growth.
- Demonstrated success leading complex product launches, strategic initiatives, or market development programs.
- Strong experience conducting market assessments, customer research, and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Experience developing business cases, forecasting models, pricing strategies, or commercial recommendations.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience evaluating business performance and investment opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across highly matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives without direct reporting authority.
- Combined education and experience will be considered.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%.
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare, or related discipline.
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting global and regional portfolio strategies.
- Experience partnering with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Experience leading new product development, commercialization, or business development initiatives.
- Experience supporting cardiovascular, vascular, interventional, or procedural-based product portfolios.
