Vultr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Product Enablement to build the enablement engine behind our fastest-growing product lines: Cloud Compute and Cloud GPU. The ideal candidate is a technical enablement expert with 5+ years of experience turning complex infrastructure products into content, training, and tools that sales and customer-facing teams actually use - someone who thrives in a category that reinvents itself every few months. This is a highly visible role in a high-growth technology company, which will require the ability to build recurring enablement cadences from scratch, partner directly with Product and Engineering, and keep pace with a GPU and AI infrastructure market that never sits still. This is your opportunity to join our fast growing team and leave your mark on Vultr and the future of Cloud Infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Build and own a recurring product enablement program for Vultr's Cloud Compute and Cloud GPU portfolios, from new feature launches to monthly deep-dives
- Translate complex, fast-changing technical capabilities (GPU architectures, compute instance types, infrastructure roadmaps) into sales-ready messaging, training, and collateral
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering to get early visibility into roadmaps and turn upcoming releases into enablement content before GA
- Design and deliver certification paths, playbooks, and live/on-demand training that scale enablement across a growing go-to-market org
- Develop competitive positioning and battle cards for the Cloud Compute and GPU markets, keeping pace with a rapidly evolving AI infrastructure landscape
- Measure and report on enablement program effectiveness (adoption, certification completion, win rates) and iterate based on data
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success on all things product knowledge
- Continuously evolve enablement formats and cadence to match the speed of Vultr's product velocity
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in product enablement, technical enablement, or product marketing, ideally supporting a technical or infrastructure-based product line
- Proven track record building and scaling recurring enablement programs from the ground up
- Deep comfort with technical products. Able to learn GPU/compute infrastructure concepts quickly and translate them for non-technical audiences
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML infrastructure, or adjacent technical industries strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience creating sales collateral, training curricula, and certification programs
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
- Experience with enablement platforms/LMS tools and sales tech stacks (e.g., Gong, Seismic, Salesforce) a plus
