Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?Working directly with the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Regional Senior Director and their team, the role will develop real estate market plans to align the business to the CRE enterprise strategy and proactively support the implementation of regional planning priorities.
The position also manages the Project Approve Request (PAR) business case process for the regional team, including Enterprise Decision Support (EDS) engagement and other stakeholder management to effectively manage planning deliverables at a regional level.
What will you do?Regional Market Planning- Perform detailed analysis in developing market plans, capturing specific market nuances, financial analysis and business requirements.
- Participate in platform planning sessions, to capture and shape the business vision and requirements enabled through corporate real estate
- Participate in the annual planning process managed by the Enterprise Workplace team to ensure consistency in approach
- Complete portfolio business reviews quarterly for CRE region, including the development and maintenance of Property Information Forms (PIF)
PAR Business Cases- Collaborate with stakeholders including platform, finance and other CRE stakeholders as required to develop and manage PAR business cases for the CRE region
- Manage key stakeholders, including EDS throughout the PAR process and provide timely responses to EDS inquiries
Innovation- Work closely across the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team to align workplace strategies with portfolio planning, space optimization, and cost management
What do you need to succeed?Must have: - University Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Design
- 7+ years of corporate real estate and/or management consulting experience with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
- Understanding of business case development and financials
- Highly proficient communication and presentation skills including executive engagement
- Experience in supplier and contract management
- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) and modeling techniques
- Ability to work in a matrix organization with global functions (centers of excellence) and regional delivery mode
Nice-to-have- MBA would be an asset
- Global workplace strategy and transformation proven experience with large portfolios (>20MM sq.ft.)
