Full Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing Measurement & Effectiveness

    Own the measurement strategy across marketing channels, including attribution, incrementality, experimentation, and marketing mix modeling(in partnership withAttributionteam).

    Quantify marketing impact, ROI, and efficiency, balancing shortterm performance with longterm brand and customer value.

    Establish standards for methodselection, interpretation, and usage, ensuring insights are decisionready and credible.

    Advanced Analytics & Modeling

    Partner closely with Data Science to design, build, and operationalize advanced attribution and response models (e.g., MMM, MTA, forecasting, response curves).

    Translate model outputs into practical guidance such as budget ranges, optimization scenarios, and investment guardrails.

    Ensure analytical rigor while prioritizing explainability and usability for business stakeholders.

    Strategic Partnership & Influence

    Serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, and Execution leaders on investment strategy and performance tradeoffs.

    Lead a centralized marketing portfolio analytics function forall ofclient groups thatconductsregular monitoring, reporting, and analyses of businessperformance;including ad-hoc requests.

    Influence annual planning, inyear optimization, and longterm growth strategies through datadriven insights.

    Proactivelyidentifyopportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better data, tools, or processes.

    Team Leadership & Capability Building

    Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highperforming analysts and managers.

    Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and business impact, not just technical excellence.

    Build scalable processes, tools, and documentation to support longterm sustainability.

    Data & Technology Enablement

    Partner with Technology, Data Engineering, and Marketing Ops to improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability.

    Guidethe evolution of analytics platforms, dashboards, and selfservice tools.

    Ensure analytics solutions align with privacy, risk, and regulatory requirements.

    Participates in special projectsand performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 15years of experience withinFinancial Servicesandat least8yearsofwork experience withinMarketingAnalytics

    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience within quantitative fields such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research etc. Graduate degree preferred

    • Strategic; analytic orientation: A proventrack recordof decision making and problem solving based on analytics. Deep understanding ofcomplexdesign or experimentsmethods (Multi arm bandit, full/half factorial etc.) and exposure toAI/MLmethodologiesrequired

    • Conceptual thinking:Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation to innovate and find efficiencies in the application of data and technology to support business opportunities

    • Drive Impact:Strong business judgment,leadershipand integrity: They should be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business

    • Self-Starter:Operatewith an entrepreneurial mindset, building and scaling new analytics capabilities from the ground up while balancing innovation, rigor, and enterpriselevel accountability.

    • Strong partnership management skills and ability to advocate for deep analytics and experimental learning to business partners
