Senior Manager of People & Culture to focus on optimizing our developing payroll, benefits, and people systems pilar. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, high-respected Americas People & Culture team and make a positive impact. This role is a critical and highly visible role within the P&C department. This role is execution focused, best-practice driven position for someone who loves to get things right, running clean and compliant payroll operations, and continually finding smarter ways to deliver strong benefits and people systems to a growing, multi-property organization.
You'll be the go-to expert on payroll, benefits, and HR technology. You will help build our compensation and rewards program for a growing organization. If you are someone who takes pride in zero payroll errors, knows benefits administration inside and out, and geeks out over HRIS optimization - this role is for you.
Job DescriptionWhat you'll do...- Own end-to-end payroll processing across all entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance at every pay cycle.
- Serve as the primary administrator of our HRIS platform and suite of people systems, maintaining data integrity, eliminating duplicates, and driving system efficiency.
- Manage benefits administration, including open enrollment, vendor coordination, and team member support throughout the year.
- Research, identify, and implement payroll and benefits best practices to continuously improve how we operate and how we attract, retain, support and reward our team.
- Looks for ways to bring something new and exciting to our benefits & rewards offer, ensuring we both take the best care of our team and attract the best talent in town.
- Ensure all payroll and benefits activities comply with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Prepare and maintain clean, audit-ready payroll, benefits, and people related records at all times.
- Generate people data reports and dashboards to support the VP of People & Culture and business leaders, data is power to our business.
- Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals who already set the bar high.
- Support people systems integration during M&A activity, planning is key (and so is back-up planning!).
- Be the go-to subject matter expert for all things payroll, benefits, and HRIS within the People & Culture team.
- Supporting the success of our teams and business by training and educating our managers at site level on the aspects of scheduling, payroll and labor management.
- Design, manage, and continuously improve payroll, benefits and rewards programs across our US portfolio.
- Lead and optimize our People Systems, ensuring data integrity, reporting capability, and a seamless team member experience.
QualificationsWhat we're looking for...- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and/or HR systems
- Deep knowledge of US compensation, benefits legislation, and employment regulations
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and tools, specific experience in ADP Workforce, SAP SuccessFactors, and Pigment are a bonus.

Base salary: $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
