Ready for a career glow-up? As Senior Manager, Partnerships, you'll be a pivotal leader in orchestrating and elevating Sephora Canada's multi-year, national partnerships. You'll own the end-to-end management of key partnerships, from strategic development and negotiation to flawless execution, ensuring every initiative aligns with overarching business and marketing objectives. The work you do will bring together partners, agencies, and internal teams to build impactful relationships, drive meaningful results, and reinforce Sephora Canada's market leadership.

What You'll Do:
  • Shape and deliver Sephora Canada's national partnerships strategy in partnership with the Director, External Communications & Partnerships, ensuring every initiative connects to business and marketing priorities.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership programs, from strategic planning and partner negotiation to flawless execution, reporting, and post-program learnings.
  • Build meaningful relationships with partners, agencies, and internal teams, creating strong alignment and unlocking new opportunities that support Sephora's brand and business goals.
  • Bring bold ideas to life by leading cross-functional teams through clear briefs, thoughtful planning, key milestones, and seamless stakeholder communication.
  • Oversee partnership budgets, value banks, contracts, onboarding, and reporting with accuracy, transparency, and strong business judgement.
  • Use KPIs, brand health insights, and partnership performance data to measure impact, optimize results, and inform future strategies.
  • Represent Sephora Canada at events and activations as needed, ensuring every experience is delivered with polish, purpose, and attention to detail.
