Job Title: Senior Manager, Media

About the role:

We're seeking a strategic, highly detailed, and hands-on Senior Manager, Media to own paid media campaign initiatives end-to-end. This role will lead full-funnel media strategy, primarily paid social, own hands-on execution and tracking, and lead data-driven optimizations while serving as a key strategic partner to internal teams and clients.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
  • Lead end-to-end execution of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other major platforms, including campaign setup, QA, launch, optimization, and performance monitoring to achieve client KPIs.
  • Own budget planning, pacing, and campaign profitability while proactively identifying risks and implementing strategic optimizations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and measurement through the implementation and maintenance of Meta Pixel/CAPI, TikTok Events API, UTM architecture, and other advanced ad tracking solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of creator-led paid media strategies by providing platform expertise and performance-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign data to deliver actionable insights, create performance reports, and present strategic recommendations and testing roadmaps to internal teams and clients.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day media contact for client accounts, proactively solving campaign challenges, driving communication, and modeling best practices across the team.
Here's what we're looking for:
  • 4-6 years hands-on experience in paid social media platforms, with a track record of contributing to successful campaigns
  • Proven experience creating and leading client-facing decks, QBRs, or strategy presentations
  • Familiarity and direct experience with major paid social tools and interfaces, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Business Manager, and Snapchat Ads Manager
  • Current knowledge of platform-specific features and products
  • Previous use and deep understanding of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and ad implementation techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey strategies and insights to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritize deliverables, manage complex account timelines, and execute under tight deadlines
  • Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills in a results-driven environment

The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000 and serves as a general guideline for the potential compensation. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, location, and, ultimately, budget approvals.
