Full Job Description
Position Summary...
The Sales Enablement Team job uses content, coaching, training, and technology to help drive selling and revenue performance. This person will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives that enable customer-facing teams to execute the core aspects of their jobs more effectively, especially as they relate to selling and revenue performance.

What you'll do...

  • You will partner with cross functional teams to define project priorities and secure cross team commitments for execution.


  • Pulling data form sources like salesforce, SQL, and Tableau and make analysis on the data.


  • You will constantly strive to build excellence in the practice by driving creation and improvements in cross functional processes and tools that enable and streamline the teams efforts, and transition these successfully to sustaining resources


  • Coordinating, completing, and overseeing job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders


  • Supporting plans and initiatives to meet business needs


  • Building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results


  • Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning


  • Evaluating program or program performance by comparing projections to actual results


  • Identifying and analyzing key performance indicators and trend data


  • Identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues


  • Analyzing factors for program feasibility and creating solutions by assessing key opportunities
