Hypertec is seeking a
Senior Manager, Operational Excellence to join our
Operations team in

What You'll Be Contributing: - Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Operational Excellence strategies aligned to business objectives and performance targets.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders (Warehouse and Logistics, Quality & Services) to identify improvement opportunities and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
- Develop and standardize processes, tools, and best practices across sites to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational discipline.
- Coach and mentor leaders and teams in continuous improvement methodologies, fostering capability building at all levels of the organization.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Identify and implement digital and automation opportunities to improve operational performance and data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements while driving operational improvements.
What Sets You Apart: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operational excellence leadership, continuous improvement, or industrial engineering roles, preferably in a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Professional designation with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), or eligibility to obtain such designation, is considered a strong asset.
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale improvement initiatives with measurable business impact (e.g., cost savings, productivity gains, quality improvements).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated experience in influencing and driving change across multiple levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in multi-site, cross-functional, or global environments is an asset.
- Proficiency with operational tools, data analytics, and continuous improvement software platforms.
