About the Role

As the Senior Manager of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and operationalizing Stitch Fix's company vision and strategy, helping ensure we deliver on our corporate goals. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy, you will lead strategic planning and business review processes, deploy go-to-market strategies, and drive high-priority initiatives from planning through execution. You'll partner closely with leaders and stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and Client Services to translate corporate priorities into clear, measurable actions and meaningful business outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead corporate strategy planning, including developing the strategic narrative and roadmap, setting and managing OKRs, and aligning teams around Stitch Fix's highest-priority corporate objectives.
  • Own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process, establishing clear measures of progress, surfacing risks and opportunities, and driving accountability against company goals.
  • Deploy go-to-market strategies and other high-priority strategic initiatives from inception through execution, establishing clear ownership, deliverables, success measures, and decision points.
  • Partner cross-functionally with senior leaders and teams across the business to solve complex problems, translate data and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations, and ensure strategic priorities are embedded in day-to-day execution.
  • Develop scalable tools, processes, competitive insights, and ways of working that improve strategic execution, strengthen connection to company priorities, and help teams operate more effectively.
  • Operate independently with single-threaded ownership, taking full accountability for driving priorities from strategy through execution and delivering measurable results

  • Use AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and other emerging technologies, to accelerate research, synthesize information, structure complex problems, and improve the efficiency and quality of strategic work.
  • Work with the core planning, analytics, goal-setting, and business review tools and systems needed to track initiatives, measure results, and communicate progress.
  • Continuously learn and apply new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working to improve decision-making, collaboration, and business outcomes.
About You

Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, strategy planning, operations, or a related function within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading OKRs, goal-setting processes, and business reviews, with a track record of aligning teams to corporate objectives and driving accountability.
  • Strong experience deploying go-to-market strategies and managing strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Expertise in building cross-functional partnerships, influencing without authority, and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Strong structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to move between high-level corporate strategy and tactical execution and translate complex data and qualitative insights into clear recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill the "so what" and tailor messages for senior leaders and other audiences.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and change, balancing near-term responsiveness with long-term strategic priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a willingness to use and learn technologies such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar systems to improve the quality and efficiency of strategic work.
  • This position may require the ability to sit for extended periods of time, use a computer or other office equipment, and communicate effectively (verbal and written).

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation-including a candidate's professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance.
