In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

Revenue Cycle Leadership
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including patient access, registration, insurance verification, authorization, charge capture, coding, billing, payment posting, accounts receivable, denials, and collections.
  • Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies aligned with organizational financial and operational goals.
  • Establish department goals, performance standards, workflows, and accountability measures.
  • Monitor revenue cycle performance and implement corrective action when established goals are not achieved.
  • Ensure effective coordination among clinical, administrative, financial, and revenue cycle teams.

Billing and Accounts Receivable Management
  • Oversee the timely and accurate submission of clean claims to government and commercial payers.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging, collections, days in A/R, cash collections, and other key financial indicators.
  • Develop strategies to reduce aged accounts receivable and improve overall cash flow.
  • Review outstanding balances and identify trends requiring operational or payer intervention.
  • Ensure timely payment posting, account reconciliation, refunds, credits, and adjustments.
  • Monitor self-pay collections and ensure appropriate follow-up and patient communication processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, or work-related field required.
  • 5-7 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Experience managing multiple revenue cycle functions in healthcare, physician practice, ambulatory care, hospital, or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, claims processing, accounts receivable, denials management, payment posting, and reimbursement processes.
  • Demonstrated experience improving revenue cycle performance and reducing A/R and denials.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR), practice management, billing, and revenue cycle management systems.
  • Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
