**JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES:**
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, reports, and audits
- Manage the cash flow and treasury functions of the organization
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and monitor budgets and financial plans
- Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy
- Support the goals and mission of MCR Health
- Adhere to the safety policies and procedures of MCR Health
- Perform month-end close
- Perform other duties as assigned
