Reporting into the Growth Operations team, you will lead Houseful's day-to-day marketing operations and help grow qualified lead volume among prospective homebuyers through upper-funnel demand generation. • Connect cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRO, product, design, analytics, creative and enterprise partners, to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Own the marketing calendar and ensure coordinated, high-quality and on-time execution across channels.
  • Own campaign roadmaps and status documentation, keeping teams and stakeholders updated on progress and results.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders across RBCx and the broader RBC enterprise to align priorities, secure buy-in, and ensure marketing initiatives ladder up to shared business goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, with a focus on qualified lead volume, lead quality, cost efficiency and downstream conversion.
  • Build content plans and oversee content creation across formats such as articles, guides, newsletters and partner assets.
  • Ensure content and messaging align with Houseful's brand, reflect customer needs and apply SEO/AEO best practices.
