Full Job Description
As a Senior Manager, NAM MDC & Cooling Supply Chain Performance, you will lead operational excellence and supply chain performance initiatives across the North America MDC & Cooling network. You will develop and execute strategies to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost competitiveness, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement throughout manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment operations.

You will partner closely with plant leadership teams, supply chain functions, and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement transformational initiatives that improve productivity, reduce lead times, optimize inventory, increase schedule adherence, and strengthen on-time delivery performance across NAM MDC & Cooling facilities.

You will oversee regional performance programs, establish governance and operating mechanisms, and ensure sustainable deployment of Schneider Production System (SPS), Schneider Performance System, Lean methodologies, and digital transformation initiatives. You will define the strategic roadmap for supply chain performance across multiple facilities, balancing short-term operational priorities with long-term business objectives.

The role requires influencing senior leaders across manufacturing sites and functional organizations, driving cross-functional alignment, solving complex operational challenges, and delivering measurable improvements in operational performance, customer experience, and business results.

What Will You Do?

Regional Supply Chain Performance Leadership
  • Lead the deployment and execution of the NAM MDC & Cooling Supply Chain Performance strategy across manufacturing and fulfillment facilities.
  • Establish and govern a regional performance management system focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Productivity metrics.
  • Partner with plant managers, supply chain leaders, and business stakeholders to identify performance gaps and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Develop and maintain a multi-year operational excellence roadmap aligned with NAM MDC & Cooling strategic objectives.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end value stream, from planning and procurement through manufacturing, logistics, and customer delivery.
  • Lead and facilitate regional Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Workshops, and cross-functional problem-solving activities.
  • Ensure the deployment and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing, SPS, and Schneider Performance principles across all NAM MDC & Cooling facilities.
  • Benchmark best practices and replicate successful improvements across the network.

Productivity & Cost Optimization
  • Define and manage annual productivity plans across NAM MDC & Cooling operations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve direct labor productivity, indirect productivity, and organizational efficiency.
  • Partner with site and functional leaders to identify cost reduction opportunities and track realization of savings.
  • Monitor and report regional productivity performance using standard governance and reporting tools.

Lead Time, Delivery & Flow Excellence
  • Lead regional efforts to reduce end-to-end lead times and improve flow across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • Drive improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD), Schedule Adherence, Throughput, Capacity Utilization, and Inventory Turns.
  • Support Value Stream Mapping activities and future-state design across key MDC & Cooling product families and facilities.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve operational responsiveness and customer satisfaction.

Digital Transformation & Smart Operations
  • Lead deployment of Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 initiatives across NAM MDC & Cooling facilities.
  • Partner with global and regional digital transformation teams to scale automation, analytics, and connected operations solutions.
  • Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making through performance dashboards and operational analytics.
  • Leverage digital tools to improve productivity, quality, flow, and supply chain visibility.

Capability Building & Governance
  • Build continuous improvement capability throughout the NAM MDC & Cooling organization by developing Lean and SPS competencies.
  • Mentor and coach plant and functional leadership teams on operational excellence methodologies.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to ensure sustainable execution of improvement roadmaps and action plans.
  • Lead regional performance reviews and provide executive-level communication on operational performance and improvement progress.


For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
