As Senior Manager, eCommerce Mobile Digital Experience at Spectrum, you'll oversee the strategy and execution of mobile sales features on Spectrum.com, ensuring customers can easily explore, evaluate, and purchase mobile products. Your leadership will accelerate our digital growth and enhance how millions of customers interact with Spectrum every day.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead the execution and enhancement of mobile sales features and capabilities across Spectrum.com
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers and delivery professionals to drive exceptional mobile experiences
  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans, roadmaps and prioritized team backlogs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales and Analytics to deliver high-quality releases while maintaining speed and customer satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement in mobile shopping and checkout flows through experimentation, testing and optimization
  • Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to identify friction points, validate feature performance and scale successful initiatives
  • Ensure strong delivery practices including documentation, release readiness, risk management and effective communication with stakeholders

  • Office environment (four days onsite/one day remote)


What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering eCommerce mobile experience
  • Wide breadth of ecommerce and digital product experirence from varied industries
  • Prior experience leading people or delivery teams in a product or digital environment
  • Strong experience delivering customer-facing features within an Agile operating model
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Analytics

Skills
  • Familiarity with mobile sales, subscription products or device-driven purchase journeys
  • Experience with experimentation, A/B testing and optimization frameworks
  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to use insights for prioritization and iteration
  • Demonstrated use of AI or automation tools to improve productivity, insight generation or decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

Education
  • Advanced degree preferred

Experience
  • Experience supporting eCommerce or subscription-based businesses
  • Background working on high-traffic consumer websites or mobile-first experiences
  • Experience partnering across marketing, sales, product, UX, analytics and technology teams

  • Experience in wireless, telecom or subscription-based businesses
  • Experience optimizing multi-step checkout or device selection flows
